" She was permitted to keep the money she made from selling Missalonghi's excess eggs and butter, and she spent all of this pittance borrowing books from her Aunt Livlla's library"

We all might have given up something to get what you really want.
In the story , the main character Missy likes to read, however, there is no public library in Byron because it is a very small town . She sells eggs and butter to earn money to borrow books from her aunt who is weathly and own a big house with well stocked book room. Even though she wants something else, she always decideds to borrow books from her aunt Livlla, that how much she loves books. I choose this image because in this pictures, there are two people reading books which makes my images of book room at big house is just like this picture.
