Now that the individual knows he has all the advanced weapons and machinery that technology of the modern world has to offer, and due to the fact that he's back in the past where technology in general was much less advanced, he's now aware that he has enough knowledge and power to do whatever he wants, even if it involves hurting others. This is why I've chosen Chris Steele-Perkins' picture called "GB. The Teds. 1976". This is a picture of a bunch of Australian teenagers who back in the 50's rebelled against society and wreaked havoc with their corruptive behaviours.
