BRIAN STANIS POST 2 OF 14

"The potential for gender equality, thwarted during the 1930's, now had a chance to reach fruition."

Throughout history women were always looked down upon by man, and society itself. The times of the World Wars however brought not only a new view of women, but a permanent societal change that would place women almost equal to man. This image greatly demonstrates this equality by expressing men and women working together in an atmosphere that was normally only seen with men in it. This industrial step not only brought women out of their household prisons, but led them to a more dominant status in society.
