To my believe, the quote is referring to self disappointment, and disbelief. Many times when persons behave based on their emotions they end up regretting what they have said or done because of their emotions. The image that I have selected shows a person hiding their face. To me it represents the person being ashamed with what they have done. I believe that this image represents the quote because it seems to me that the character would be disappointed with themselves, and is in fear of what others will think of her.
