Ashley Hushka, Blog #6/14

"But for Frenesi the past was on her case forever, the zombie at her back, the enemy no one wanted to see, a mouth wide and dark as the grave."

The past is the past for a reason, but it's hard to move on from a mistake that deeply affected you. Sometimes it seems like when you are trying to move on from the past it somehow returns at the wrong time, and brings you back down. I'm learning that you need to forgive and forget, and try to grow from your mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes in life, it's necessary, because it makes you become a stronger person. I chose this picture because it's symbolic to Frenesi "fighting" her past.
