patients everywhere believe that psychologists who help them are stupid, and that they don't know what they are talking about. And that they are very over-paid. because any regular person can analyze and treat someone for free. They believe that anyone can be a psychologist and that that person only need to know what to say and when to say it. This picture is trying to show that psyhologists are not over-paid at all and that not anyone can do their job.
