This passage explains that any kind of woman can contribute something positive in her life time. Every woman is equal and capable of making accomplishments despite her weight, race, sexuality, class, etc. This makes me think about Tara, played by Toni Collette, in the television series United States of Tara. Because Tara is going through the struggle of having multiple personalities, it is hard for her to do things that a mother would typically do for her children or husband. To her family, her actions are normal because they are used to her multiple personalities, but others are not used to them. People looking in from the outside would consider their family to be chaotic because of Tara's episodes. However, Tara manages to have a good relationship with her husband and children. Even though she may be seen as crazy, she still manages to be a good mother. She has a different story than most women but she continues to do the things she needs to do in order to live everyday.
